Our Policies

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing adronify.com, purchasing a webinar seat, or enrolling in the Adronify 30-Day Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Adronify (“Service Provider”), a sole proprietorship business operating from Madhya Pradesh, India.

2. Services Offered

Adronify offers the following services:

• Webinar Seat (₹99) — Access to a recorded webinar covering Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI video production. Includes a free ads audit and replay access.
• 30-Day Core Programme (₹15,000 + GST) — Done-with-you ads training and account management covering Meta Ads, Google Search, and Google My Business. Includes weekly training playlists, performance reports, 2 AI-generated video ads, and WhatsApp support.
• Retainer Plans — Monthly management plans available after the 30-day programme at ₹8,000, ₹10,000, or ₹13,000 per month plus GST.
• Add-on Services — Additional AI video ads, extra ad accounts, training sessions, and other services as listed on the pricing page.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices listed on adronify.com are in Indian Rupees (INR). Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% is applicable on all programme fees and is added at the time of invoicing.

• The ₹99 webinar seat fee is payable in full at the time of booking via Razorpay
• The 30-day programme fee of ₹15,000 (plus GST) is payable in full before programme commencement
• The ₹99 webinar fee is deducted from the programme fee if you enrol within 7 days of watching the webinar
• Retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month
• All add-on services must be paid in full before delivery
• Late payment may result in suspension of services

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service. Adronify does not store your payment credentials.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Adronify, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business during onboarding
• Grant Adronify access to your Meta Business Manager and Google Ads accounts for the duration of the programme
• Maintain sufficient ad spend balance in your Meta and Google accounts (minimum ₹3,000 per month recommended)
• Respond to team communications within a reasonable time to avoid delays in campaign management
• Ensure that your business, products, and services comply with Meta Ads and Google Ads policies
• Not share, resell, or distribute any training content, reports, or materials provided by Adronify
• Inform Adronify promptly of any significant changes to your business, offer, or target audience

5. Adronify’s Responsibilities

Adronify agrees to:

• Deliver the services described in the selected plan in a professional and timely manner
• Assign a dedicated team to manage your ad accounts for the full 30-day programme period
• Deliver weekly training playlists every Monday and performance reports every Friday
• Produce and deliver 2 AI-generated video ads within the programme period
• Respond to WhatsApp queries within 4–6 hours on Monday to Saturday during business hours
• Maintain confidentiality of your business data and campaign information
• Not make any financial commitments on your behalf beyond the agreed campaign structure

6. No Guarantee of Results

Results shared on our website (such as “43 bookings in 22 days”) are real outcomes from specific clients under specific conditions and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve. Individual results will vary.

What Adronify guarantees is professional execution — your accounts will be properly set up, campaigns will be launched and actively managed, and optimisation decisions will be made based on real data throughout the programme.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, reports, scripts, frameworks, and methodologies provided by Adronify remain the intellectual property of Adronify. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use Adronify’s materials to train others, build competing services, or for any commercial purpose beyond your own business operations.

AI-generated video ads produced for you during the programme are yours to use for your business marketing. Adronify retains no claim over the final video deliverables.

8. Account Ownership

All ad accounts — Meta Business Manager and Google Ads — remain fully owned by the client at all times. Adronify operates as a manager or partner on your accounts and does not take ownership. Upon programme completion or termination, Adronify will remove its access upon request within 5 business days.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the working relationship with 15 days’ written notice for retainer plans. The 30-day programme is a fixed-term engagement and cannot be terminated mid-programme for a refund (see Refund Policy).

Adronify reserves the right to immediately terminate services without refund if:

• The client engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical business practices
• The client’s business violates Meta Ads or Google Ads policies causing account suspension
• The client verbally or written abuses any Adronify team member
• The client misrepresents their business nature or intended use of the service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Adronify’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Adronify in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Adronify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of our services or ad campaigns.

Adronify is not responsible for changes to Meta Ads or Google Ads platforms, policy violations by the client, account suspension by Meta or Google, or losses arising from platform downtime or technical issues outside our control.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

Adronify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Adronify for webinar seats, programme fees, retainer plans, and add-on services. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

Given the nature of digital services — where delivery begins immediately upon payment and involves significant team time — our refund policy is structured to be fair to both the client and our team.

2. Webinar Seat Fee — ₹99

If you paid ₹99 but have not yet accessed the webinar or received the replay, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment by contacting us. Refunds in this case will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. 30-Day Programme Fee — ₹15,000

Monthly retainer fees (₹8,000, ₹10,000, or ₹13,000 per month plus GST) are:

• Non-refundable once the month’s service period has begun
• Cancellable with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing date
• Not prorated for partial months — the full month’s fee covers the full month regardless of when you cancel

5. Add-On Services

Add-on services (AI video packs, extra training sessions, competitor analysis, etc.) are:

• Non-refundable once work has commenced or the deliverable has been delivered
• Eligible for a full refund if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe and you have not received any part of the deliverable

6. Situations Where No Refund Is Issued

No refund will be issued under any circumstances in the following situations:

• You are dissatisfied with advertising results (as results depend on many factors outside our control — see Terms & Conditions Section 6)
• Your Meta or Google Ads account is suspended due to policy violations on your business’s part
• You fail to provide necessary access, information, or cooperation required to deliver the service
• You change your mind after campaigns have been launched
• A competitor runs better ads than you during the programme period
• Your business offer, pricing, or product is not competitive in the market
• You fail to maintain sufficient ad spend balance in your ad accounts

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund where eligible, contact us within the applicable timeframe:

• Email us at hello@adronify.com with your name, payment reference number, and reason for the refund request
• Or WhatsApp us directly at 919201917805 with the same information

We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with our decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Adronify for resolution will be disputed and may result in the blocking of future access to Adronify services.
